Stabilization (MRSS) Service Area: Prince George’s County, MD
(only) Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay:
$70,000–$90,000/year (varies by licensure level and experience)

Work Setting: Primarily in-person for crisis response;
stabilization services may be provided in-person or via telehealth
as clinically appropriate. Overview iMind Health LLC is seeking a
Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join our Child and Adolescent
Services team, also known as Mobile Response and Stabilization
Services (MRSS). This role serves youth ages 5–17 and includes two
core functions: School- and community-based mobile crisis response
for children/adolescents and their families/caregivers Short-term
stabilization services (up to 120 days) through outpatient-style
therapy and care coordination Services are delivered in schools,
community settings, the office, and via telehealth. Mobile crisis
response is always in-person; stabilization services may be
in-person and/or telehealth based on clinical need. Accepted
Maryland licenses (active and in good standing): LCPC, LGPC, LMSW,
LCSW?C Shift Options (8 hours): 7:00 AM–3:00 PM • 8:00 AM–4:00 PM •
9:00 AM–5:00 PM • 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Full-time clinicians work five
(5) 8-hour shifts per week; schedules are set in advance. Travel: A
company vehicle is provided while on shift for travel to schools
and community sites within Prince George’s County. Coverage: No
weekends and no on-call required. Optional weekend/on-call shifts
may be available in other programs for interested clinicians.
Support, Safety, and Supervision Team-based mobile response model
(including two-person response when deployed) Training and safety
protocols for school and community-based work Free clinical
supervision for LGPC and LMSW toward independent licensure Ongoing
clinical consultation and team support EHR: InSync (Qualifacts)

Responsibilities Mobile Crisis Response (School/Community-Based)
Provide immediate on-site assessment, de-escalation, safety
planning, and clinical intervention for youth and families in
crisis Respond as part of a two-person mobile team addressing
mental/behavioral health and substance use–related crises
Communicate client needs and clinical recommendations to
multidisciplinary staff and collaborate for coordinated responses
Stabilization Services (Up to 120 Days) Maintain an active
short-term stabilization caseload based on program needs and client
acuity Provide weekly or bi-weekly sessions based on clinical need
and treatment goals Complete biopsychosocial assessments promptly
(typically within 72 hours of referral) Develop short-term,
stabilization-focused treatment plans collaboratively with youth
and caregivers Care Coordination and Referrals Conduct mental
health assessments and make appropriate internal/external referrals
Assess for referrals to PRP and/or MTS as clinically indicated
Connect youth and families to community resources (school supports,
benefits, employment supports, etc.) Utilize engagement and
harm-reduction approaches, including education and access to
naloxone when relevant Coordinate with peer support staff and
ensure services align with program standards Documentation and
Professional Practice Complete documentation accurately and on time
per program, payer, and regulatory standards Meet productivity
expectations for client-facing services (targets vary based on
crisis coverage and acuity) Maintain confidentiality and adhere to
ethical and professional standards Participate in team meetings,
training, and quality improvement activities Required
Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or
related field Active Maryland license in good standing: LCPC, LGPC,
LMSW, or LCSW?C Experience providing clinical services to
children/adolescents and families/caregivers Strong clinical
judgment and ability to make independent decisions Proficiency with
computers and clinical documentation systems Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Successful completion of required
background check and training Compensation varies by licensure
level (LGPC/LMSW vs LCPC/LCSW?C) and relevant experience Preferred
Qualifications Mobile crisis response experience (school-based
and/or community-based) Outpatient stabilization, community mental
health, or crisis program experience Familiarity with Prince
George’s County resources and referral networks Contract
