Job Description Job Description OUR INTEGRITY LEBANON, MO HOME HEALTH OFFICE IS LOOKING FOR YOU BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of a Nurse Manager/Home Health RN for our Medicare-certified home health office in Lebanon, MO . This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Camden, Dallas, Douglas, Hickory, Laclede, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Webster and Wright. Location Address: 1758 West Elm St. Lebanon, MO 65536 Duties of a Clinical Manager include: Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals. Processing incoming referrals. Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) Monitoring quality assurance and process improvement. Managing staff productivity, workflow management and overall case management. This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary within the service area counties. Qualifications: An active Registered Nurse license in MO. Home Health experience preferred. Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance. Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding. HCHB a plus. Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired. Must have current or previous management experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required.
