Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist Assistant Floater to join our dynamic team. This position will provide you the opportunity to work across various healthcare facilities, applying specialized therapies to diverse patient groups. Ideal candidates should be flexible, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve the highest level of patient outcomes. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Document patient responses to therapy and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Travel between assigned healthcare facilities to provide continuous therapy services. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure all therapy areas are clean and ready for use. Adapt to varying work environments and patient needs efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of therapeutic procedures. Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology. High level of flexibility and reliability. Capacity to learn and adapt to new treatment techniques. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice. CPR certified.
