Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Tech Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day 4x10-Hour Shift (07:00 - 17:30) with weekend call required—1 full weekend per month. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong cath lab experience and the ability to perform various interventional procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures as well as the ability to maintain a sterile field during procedures. Responsibilities - Perform cardiac cath lab procedures including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and pacemaker insertion. - Conduct electrophysiology studies, insertion, and programming of AICDs. - Maintain sterile field while scrubbed in during procedures. - Respond to STEMI calls within 30 minutes as part of the call team. - Participate in elective caths including both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - 3 years of experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology preferred. - Trauma Level I experience required. - Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, State licensed (ARRT required; RCIS will be considered with appropriate experience). - Experience with neuro interventions is a plus.
