Travel CT / Rad Tech Job Details - Assignment Type: Travel healthcare job - Location: Rockville, Maryland 20850 (Maryland healthcare jobs) - Facility: Acute Care Hospital, Level II Trauma Center - Start Date: November 3, 2025 - End Date: February 2, 2026 - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x10-hour days (07:00 - 17:30) - Hours per Week: 40 - Weekend Call: 1 full weekend per month - On-Call: Yes, 15 shifts per month (STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes) - Scrubs: Provided - Parking: Free parking in the Patient Visitor Parking Garage - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2490 - $2670 CT / Radiologic Technologist Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience (strong IR experience required) - Experience in Trauma Level I or II hospital setting required - Valid ARRT (R) certification and Maryland state license or RCIS with both Cath Lab and IR experience - BLS and ACLS certifications required - Must be able to scrub and maintain sterile field - COVID-19 vaccine required (no exemptions) - Strict no-tobacco policy (nicotine screening required) - Ability to respond to STEMI call within 30 minutes - Neuro interventional radiology experience is a plus CT / Rad Tech Responsibilities - Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cath Lab and IR suite, including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and temporary pacemaker management - Assist with elective caths, right heart catheterizations (RHC), STEMI, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and pacemaker procedures - Maintain a sterile field and perform scrub duties as required - Deliver high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations - Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency activations - Accurately document procedures and patient information using Cerner and McKesson charting systems - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Ready to take the next step in your radiology career?
