Job Description Are you a compassionate, experienced RN looking
to stay active in the field with the freedom to manage your own
schedule? AAA Warman Home Care is seeking a Part-Time Registered
Nurse (up to 20 hours/week) to join our dedicated team serving
Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Northern Virginia.
This is an ideal opportunity for a retired or semi-retired RN who

- Conduct in-home visits with our Clients, ensuring care plans are
followed and updated as needed - Educate and support Caregivers
both in the field and in the office to ensure compliance with
agency standards - Collaborate with the Care Coordination team on
assessments, supervisory visits, and care-related concerns - Offer
insight and help guide service delivery that reflects each Clients'
evolving needs - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in
alignment with our agency protocols Requirements: - Active RN
license in Maryland and Virginia - Valid Driver’s License and
reliable transportation - Ability to interpret and explain
nonmedical Plans of Care - Excellent bedside manner and
communication skills - Home care experience preferred but not
