Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Radiation Oncology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in Radiation Therapy/Oncology required License: Current state nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; OCN Certification preferred, but not mandatory Must-Have: - Must live 100 miles away - Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program - Epic EMR and Aria EMR experience preferred, but not required Job Description: - Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in alignment with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. - Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. - Utilize the concepts of Patient-Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care. - Consistently demonstrate Service Excellence standards. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Adaptability to multiple and changing priorities. - Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessments required by the facility.
