implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing the ANA Standards and the Nursing

Process. Provides support, information, and direct patient care. Utilizes equipment and technology

successfully and is technologically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on

significant self-care issues. Practices in accordance with Hospital Policy, Maryland Practice Act, ANA

Standards of Care and unit / departmental standards. Actions and attitude that contributes to the

critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, most extraordinary experience,

superior outcomes, financial success for reinvestment, valued as a faith-based organization, and a

growing organization vital to the community).

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.

Licensed / currently registered to practice in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse.Work Schedule:

Required to work two 12 hour shifts per week for 7P - 7A
