CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a full-time opening for a Director of Rehabilitation at Fayette Healthcare Center.   Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Must be a licensed clinician (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) from an accredited program
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    
    Responsibilities
    
    • 
      
    • Perform evaluations, screens, and treatments for patients/residents needing therapy services
      
    • If evaluating therapist, perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans per physician orders
      
    • Implement treatment plans and educate staff involved in care
      
    • Lead interdisciplinary meetings, serve as a resource for clinical programming, and relay findings and recommendations
      
    • Coordinate with Denials Management regarding therapy claims
      
    • Conduct staff and family training and education through in-services and consultations
      
    • Maintain accurate billing and documentation in accordance with facility procedures
