Conducting thorough assessments and providing ongoing reassessments to ensure the best outcomes. Mentoring and coaching RBTs, fostering a supportive and educational environment. Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment. Experience in the field of ABA; experience as an RBT is a plus for newly certified BCBAs.
