Senior Program ManagerThe program manager position will oversee project activities and manage working teams. As a leadership position, strong communication and organizational skills are expected. This individual will be responsible for the successful operation and completion of multiple but related programs.Senior Program Manager Responsibilities

• Orient, train, assign, and schedule crew members to ensure team is capable and dynamics are successful.
• Plan, review, and organize programs in pre-production stages.
• Contribute information to the success of projects; make suggestions and develop strategies.
• Gather and organize statistical information regarding finances, scheduling, and efficiency.
• Present findings to board and management team members.
• Update knowledge of production project to remain relevant in constantly changing field.
• Ensure success of numerous overlapping projects and programs.
• Set and reach objectives based on gathered information.
• Monitor Cost/Schedule
• Provide Build Schedules to Production
• Engage with Customers
• CTC (cost to complete) updates
• Procure Materials/Services
• Proposal Support
• Review SDRLs (supplier data requirements list)
• Lead Integrated Production Team Meetings (PM, Engineer, Mechanical Design)
• Generate Monthly PM Status Charts
• Provide Invoice Requests to Finance
• Manage Quarterly Revenue Projections
• Schedule Internal Design Reviews
• Schedule Internal Test Readiness Review (TRR) with Test Engineers
• Complete AS9100 Documents/Forms
• Manage program milestonesSenior Program Manager Qualifications
  • BS in Engineering or BS/BA in Business
  • Three to five years of experience in production preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous experience dealing with Government Contractors
  • Excellent organizational, communication, management, and delegation skills
