Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary Property Management Assistant to support their team in Rockville, MD!About You:1+ years of commercial property administrative experience is ideal.Proficient in MS Office Products.Excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.Self-starter who takes initiative and is engaged.Ability to be 100% on-site at the Rockville, MD location.The Job:Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office buildings.Assist with all maintenance services provided by engineering staff and outside contractors/vendors.Maintain quality customer service relations with vendors/tenants.Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Provide administrative support to 3 Property Managers.This is a temporary position that pays $28/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
