Job Description:
Description Robert Half is working with growing business to find
a talented Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible
for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human
resources department. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment

How you will make an impact
Oversee exit interviews and procedures
Lead human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and
training employees
Analyze reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and
operations managers to determine employee performance and training
needs
Grow the organization's human resources department by planning,
implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources
policies, programs, and practices
Educate employees such that they follow all policies and
procedures
Organize historical human resource records by designing a filing
and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
Generate recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation
standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and
documents created and received by the team
Study compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies
in order to create salary structures and administer employee
benefits
Build management guidelines by preparing, updating, and
recommending human resource policies and procedures
Represent your team at interdepartmental meetings with other
managers
Maintain and deploy applicable human resource federal and state
requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and
represent the organization at hearings Requirements - Bachelor's
degree in human resources or relevant experience
An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC
regulations
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and
able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing
priorities
Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
5+ years in human resources
Trained in handling confidential business matters and information
with discretion
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired
1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to view issues with an objective lens
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Deep knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration,
compensation and wage structure
