About the jobAbout the Job:The Associate Manager, Corporate Programs plays a key role in a variety of programs and activities for the Company and supports the development and implementation of a solid infrastructure and strategic initiatives to support the Company mission and vision. The Associate Manager Corporate Programs conducts supports strategic initiatives and transformational needs by develops actionable solutions. The role is responsible for collaborating with individuals, functional teams, and senior management.In this role, you will be responsible for:Enterprise Business Planning & Strategy Development Maintain the corporate calendar and keep Nutricia Leadership Team ("NLT") informed and organized regarding corporate meetings. Collaborate with the various functions to ensure key meetings are included on the corporate calendar.Support the organization with setting the corporate strategic road map through strategic and annual planning processes, integrating all functional areas to define a single agenda.Assist the General Manager and NTL to evaluate emerging consumer and industry trends, competitive threats and opportunities, and internal business performance improvement opportunities.Support the company with key strategic projects, including fact-based analysis, critical problem solving, financial model development and scenario planning.Support and manage business programs aligned to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership.Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress toward goals.Support the General Manager with various strategic projects, including end-to-end due diligence, strategy alignment, business model development, and stakeholder mapping and communications. Corporate Programs Plan, coordinate, and attend key company meetings, including All Company Meeting and Town Halls. Ensure agenda is prepared and distributed in advance, manage the time and flow of the meeting, general and specific animation and technology, follow up with attendees as appropriate, and distribute meeting minutes post-meeting.Assist and support various transformation projects in the organization.Serve as a liaison between employees, NLT, and senior leaders regarding company programs, including planning, communications, agenda, etc.Build connections across all areas of the organization to build understanding of key needs and opportunities.Answer key questions, support data requests and provide presentation support to the General Manager and NLT. Other duties as assigned.About youAbout You: Bachelors degree required, MBA degree preferred.3 - 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, internal strategy team or other relevant CPG or pharmaceutical industry experience. experience in an office environment.3 - 5 years of project management experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook The base compensation range for this position is $75k-$90k commensurate with experience.
