Job DescriptionJob Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Supernus Patient Support and Reimbursement programs. Individual must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working in a matrix environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. This will be a highly visible position interacting with many internal functional groups within Supernus, as well as external vendors. The position will report to the Sr. Director of Patient Support Services & Reimbursement. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Patient Services leadership to develop and implement strategies and tactics that support Supernus Parkinson's and Neuro franchises
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on relevant market research and lead PS projects to refine strategies to help generate insights to build/optimize programs that better meet healthcare professionals (HCP) and patient needs
  • Works closely with several cross-functional stakeholders including US Market Access, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc. along with external customers and stakeholders
    • Ensure access services marketing plan and execution align with Brand Marketing and Access & Reimbursement strategies
    • Plan and develop access marketing and HUB priorities, content, tools, and training for national meetings and customer-facing team training
    • Manages existing patient access programs, day to day operations with a focus on operational excellence in support of patient needs
      • Assists in maintaining program SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, business rules, exceptions processes, workflows, scripting, training and reports
      • Brainstorms and develops projects, associated timelines for new and enhanced services and manages through to completion. Identifies and communicates strategic insights and trends in health plan coverage, healthcare reform, patient access and provider needs
      • Develops performance dashboards, sales performance (hub related activity) and interprets hub data for purposes of assessing market access trends, hub program utilization, and performance against defined KPIs
      • In collaboration with the Supernus Training team, support the training of patient support program materials and onboarding training
      • Assists in monitoring and measuring customer feedback, internal performance data and market needs to identify service enhancements
      • Assists in the management of the Supernus field reimbursement teamSupervisory Responsibilities:

          • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
          • Minimum of 7+ years in a patient services role directly related to access and affordability (HUB services/financial assistance programs).
          • Strong project management across a matrix environment
          • Ability to collaborate, lead, and influence cross functional teams with a diverse set of backgrounds
          • Excellent written and oral communications skills
          • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
          • Shown success in high-impact program development and execution
          • Must be a teammate with strong self-awareness and excellent social skills
          • Must be results oriented, pay attention to detail, be accurate, prompt, and able to meet deadlines
          • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results

              • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
