make life betterThe Technical Project Management supports
technology deployments to end-users, including management of
timelines, metrics, and completing risk assessments.You are
responsible to Organize teams, work across divisions and groups to
creatively ensure resources are aligned at the proper time to
ensure seamless project execution by confirming with each time that
resources are in place and escalating when gaps or major risks are
identifiedWork with cross-functional team and management to
identify subject matter experts for specific initiativesMust
organize and communicate project requirements as well as managing
the political divide between groups, teams, stakeholders and
managementWork with management to determine which groups will
manage the different activities in each processWork with
stakeholders to help identify operational needs and provide
feedback to managementManage activities of subject matter experts
(SMEs) and other internal resources during testingEnsure that the
appropriate team members have access for user acceptance
testingEscalate to management when timelines or risks are
identifiedIdentify when documentation will need updating or
creation based on process changes and that those responsible
parties are aware of the updates neededMonitor and track training
progress and system accessProvide support for, or conduct, external
facing presentations that may include demos of new products and/or
overviews of initiativesCreate surveys to measure engagement levels
of SMEsConduct initial market research into new clinical research
productsSupport workflow model changes based on deployment of new
initiatives with SMEs and members of the Agile teamProvide internal
and external presentations and demosWork with end users to elicit
feedback on deployed initiativesResponsible for ROI projections,
tracking, and reporting for assigned initiativesYou are part ofAn
offering of comprehensive, global services, including ECG, event,
blood pressure, and Holter monitoring, as well as ECHO and MUGA
studies for clinical trials. Part of the world's largest cardiac
data network, we provide all major cardiovascular testing
modalities, using state-of-the-art technology to transfer data
efficiently and accurately to our secure central data center
located near Washington, DC, USA.To succeed in this role, you'll
need a customer-first attitude and the followingBachelor's Degree
(preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent
education/work experience1+ years of Project Management / Planning
/ Managerial experience1+ years of experience managing aspects of
clinical trials and working within a regulated
environmentFamiliarity with Agile preferredAbility to prioritize
and complete work independently with minimal supervision and/or
directionFlexibility and willingness to adapt to changing deadlines
and prioritiesAbility to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with all levels of the organizationAbility to
multi-task, respond to challenges with creativity, empathy and
flexibility, and work well in a fast-paced team environmentProvide
