Manager for our Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology
Department.As a Nurse Manager you will: Directly report to the
Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology. Along with
the Operations Manager, is responsible for operationalizing the
strategic plan for their department Responsible for ensuring the
assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the
delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. Facilitate,
mentor and evaluate others to grow professionally and advance their
knowledge and skills as well as participate in patient care as
needed. Demonstrate professionalism at all times and will uphold
standards of practice by holding team members accountable for
continued compliance in accordance with organizational goals and
nursing mission and vision. Integral part of the department's
leadership team and represents their department at all levels of
the organization.Qualified candidates will possess: Current
Maryland State nursing license Active American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Bachelors degree in
nursing required, Master's degree preferred Five years' work
experience in department-specific area, as defined by the
department-specific certification requirements. Certification in
department-specific area within the first year of the position
