Marketing Technology Platform AutomationManage the creation and
execution of marketing campaign logic, promotional logic, and
distribution across Choice channelsEnsure business teams are
configuring automations to maximize delivery, and reduce customer
unsubscribes and fatigueCollaborate with digital and technical
teams to ensure promotions and campaigns are configured across
systems and undergo proper QACustomer Data InitiativesDefine and
lead ongoing strategy to improve MarTech database health and
performanceLead initiatives to utilize data across disparate Choice
data sources to facilitate business teams with multi-channel
segments and strategyUtilize platform data and analytics
capabilities to facilitate business teams with reporting
capabilities and customized dashboardsMarketing Capabilities and
Strategic Platform RoadmapParticipate in the Marketing Technology
steering committees, and aligning with teams to ensure uses cases
are implemented and business objectives are achievedResearch

helpfulYour Team This is a leadership role that will report to the
Senior Director, Loyalty, Information Management and Franchisee
Care Operations. You will lead the Marketing Enablement and
Automation team of 4-5 direct reports and collaborate with cross
functional departments on a regular basis.Your Work LocationAs our
Senior Manager, MarTech, you will be based in our beautiful,
state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in Rockville,
Maryland. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we're located
directly across from the Rockville Metro station, with service on
the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and
plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.Right now, our
associates in Rockville, MD are working in a hybrid environment,
between two-four days per week in the office and working virtually
the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing
communication with your leadership to establish expectations about
your unique needs.We are focused on safety and wellness in our
offices, and as such, as a Choice associate you will be required to
