who is passionate about solving problems and being a leader to join
our winning team as a branch Manager of our Tower Oaks Financial
Service Center in Rockville, MD. Summarily, this position will be
responsible for efficient and effective management of a
full-service branch office, ensuring that established policies and
procedures are followed, and delegating the day-to-day operations
to the branch staff as appropriate. Conducts regular business
development and generates business sufficient to meet established
sales goals. As a Branch Manager, you will: Customer Relations:
Develop and maintain member relationships Maintain positive member
relations while adhering to policy and procedures. Address and
resolve member complaints in a timely manner. Business Development:
Contribute to the successful achievement of Organizational and
Departmental goals as set by the Principal Vice President, Business
Development and/or SVP of Operations. Develop and maintain
relationships with key vendors Identify new product/business
opportunities based on member needs on an ongoing basis Management:
Be responsible for the daily operations. Hire, train, and develop a
motivated and professional staff capable of providing efficient and
effective branch services to the Credit Union's members.
Proactively develop a department culture where employees seek
opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the
betterment of our members. Manage weekly work schedule and labor
costs of associates. Prepares branch reports and performs
sufficient analyses on these reports to interpret data into
meaningful and useful information as well as establishes trends and
submits recommendations to Principal Vice President, Business
Development and/or SVP of Operations and Information Technology
when appropriate. Be responsible for understanding and complying in
an accurate and timely basis with all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money
Laundering/OFAC requirements that pertain to your position at LFCU
and as directed by management and/or the SVP of Risk Management.
Exhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Performs other
duties as assigned by the Principal Vice President, Business
Development and/or SVP of Operations. The ideal candidate will:
Provide all members with professional support, accurate
information, and friendly service. Represent LFCU in a professional
manner. Troubleshoot and resolve internal inquiries in a timely,
friendly and professional manner. Maintains confidentiality at all
times. Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.

will have the following: A positive credit standing. Competencies

Communication Loyalty Adaptability Experience: Two years to five
years of similar or related experience. Education: A two-year
college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a
business or trade school. Must have working knowledge of MS Office
applications including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and
other applications. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and
time-management skills. Ability to meet deadlines while
prioritizing a changing workload. Ability to work independently in
a fast-paced environment A significant level of trust and diplomacy
is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves
extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal
or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing
others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound
relationships with other entities becomes necessary. Must have the
ability to interact with people and focus on details and follow-up
on time sensitive material. Physical Requirements and Work
Environment: This position requires manual dexterity, the ability
to lift files and open cabinets. This position requires bending,
stooping or standing as necessary. This job operates in a clerical
office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. Office environment with job duties conducted via
telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer. Lafayette
