Job Description:

Overview Responsibilities: * Maintain company Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, 20000, 27001 and CMMI-DEV/3 and CMMI-SVC/3 requirements and standards * Plan and prepare for third-party ISO audits and CMMI appraisals * Conduct internal audits to monitor compliance with established policies and procedures; develop and monitor corrective action plans for non-compliant findings * Collect, analyze and present key performance indicators and process improvement metrics; provide organizational roadmaps for continuous improvement * Collaborate with internal staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, systems, and controls; support creation of workflow efficiencies * Assist proposal department and program managers with drafting quality management/quality control plans * Manage annual review of all process documentation * Support ongoing maintenance of knowledge sharing sites and corrective action/process improvement databases * Oversee documentation standards and ensure consistency across process assets and documents published for all-employee access * Conduct training on quality management processes and procedures * Develops and recommends strategy for increasing scope of QMS and drives vision for corporate quality * Maintain awareness of regulatory changes through seminar attendance, training opportunities, and best practice sharing; educate internal stakeholders about changes to regulations Required Qualifications: * BS/BA degree business or technical degree preferred--- 10+ years of hands-on Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience with at least five years supporting government programs--- Sound understanding of ISO and CMMI practices with demonstrated ability to pass audits and appraisals. Internal auditing experience--- Demonstrated knowledge of upcoming CMMC standard and certification requirements--- Excellent writing skills; previous experience with drafting QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures--- Collaborative approach to integrating with programs and providing guidance--- Ability to develop presentations and deliver training--- Strong analytical and quantitative skills--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Visio--- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and deliver on multiple priorities--- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up--- Strong interpersonal skills--- Eligibility for access to classified information; U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management experience supporting government clients--- Experience with ISO 20001, 27001, and CMMC standards--- Experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar knowledge management/intranet software--- CMMI Associate certification and ability to be an Appraisal Team Member for CMMI 2.0 for Services and Development--- Project Management and process improvement credentials such as PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, ASQ
