Financial Analyst The Opportunity: The right mixture of great

allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be

analyst who can show a team how to navigate the requirements,
policies , and regulations that govern funding to make sure the
Department of Defense’s resources can make the most impact. As a
Finan cia l Analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a
finan cia l management strategy to help cryptographic and
cybersecurity programs succeed. You’ll lead finan cia l planning,
analysis, and reporting across multidisciplinary projects to
develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding
needed to achieve their goals. As a finan cia l analysis authority,
you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies
to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the
funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used
efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and
communication with government leads. This is your chance to support
cyberspace budget activities while acting as a finan cia l analysis

can’t wait. You Have: 12 years of experience in finan cia l
analysis, project finance, or program control, including with
technology or government programs Experience developing and
maintaining complex finan cia l models to support project cost
estimation, resource allocation, and performance tracking
Experience partnering with technical teams to translate program
objectives into actionable finan cia l plans and met rics Knowledge
of DoW PPBE processes and tools Ability to identify finan cia l
risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to
optimize project outcomes Ability to assist with budget ing and
support forecasting and finan cia l analysis for cryptographic or
cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals and regulatory requirements Ability to prepare and present
finan cia l reports to senior leadership and program stakeholders,
enabling informed decision-making TS / SCI clearance Bachelor's
degree Nice If You Have: Experience supporting cryptographic
lifecycle management, PQC technologies, or cybersecurity programs
Experience with finan cia l modeling, data analytics, and
enterprise finan cia l systems such as SNaP or DITIP Knowledge of
the IT/CA budget Master's degree in a related field CDFM
Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a

requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to
$198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting
