We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr Mechanic to support our energy production and sustainability missions by ensuring operational efficiency and machine integrity. As a vital component of our maintenance team, the Sr Mechanic will be responsible for overseeing and conducting mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting diagnostics for a wide range of industrial equipment involved in the energy generation and distribution process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of mechanical systems and a proven track record in industrial equipment maintenance. Conduct routine and emergency mechanical maintenance on various machines and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to prevent downtime. Implement preventive maintenance programs that minimize unplanned repairs. Lead and mentor junior mechanics, providing technical advice and sharing best practices. Collaborate with other departments to improve machine reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Expertise in mechanical repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety protocols and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
