Group has partnered with a company in Chantilly, Va that is seeking
Maintenance Technicians to support their warehouse. Please apply
today. Responsibilities : Oversees the installation and
commissioning of new machinery, ensuring all projects meet local
safety regulations. Performs technical maintenance and repairs on
mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and precision
instruments. Coordinates with production teams to schedule repairs
and safety inspections around manufacturing deadlines. Collaborates
with the Health & Safety department to ensure all equipment remains
in full legal compliance. Tracks and manages Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) to monitor technical reliability and department
efficiency Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile : Physical Ability: Lift up to 50
lbs; stand, bend, and reach for full shifts. Dexterity & Vision:
Handle small components with precision and perform detailed visual
inspections. Technical Base: Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
and familiarity with standard maintenance tools. PPE & Policy:
Consistent use of required safety gear (steel-toe shoes, glasses,
gloves) and strict adherence to site protocols. Equipment Safety:
Proficient in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and pre-operation checks of
guards and emergency stops. Experience: Entry-level ( Availability:
Supporting local or country-wide operations. Must be able to pass a
thorough background check, drug screening, and credit check. This
