shift temp-to-hire role in Arlington, WA. If you have an eye for

structural components for major aircraft programs in the large
business and regional jet markets. Their advanced production
facility supports the fabrication of parts such as engine pylons,
wing structures, wheel wells, and interior sections. The work

well-equipped aerospace manufacturing facility Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Use hand tools and grinders to
deburr and blend mismatches on machined parts Follow detailed
instructions and aerospace specifications such as BAC 5300 and BAC
5730 Operate deburring tools such as pencil grinders and air guns
Maintain safety procedures and use PPE correctly Perform other
tasks as assigned Schedule Friday – Sunday, 4:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Full-time, weekend day shift Pay $19.00 – $25.00/hour, depending on
experience Must-Have Qualifications 1 years of hands-on experience
in a manufacturing or aerospace environment Comfortable using small
tools for grinding, smoothing, or finishing parts Mechanically
inclined with strong attention to detail Able to perform basic
computer functions in a Windows-based system Must complete a
mechanical aptitude test during the interview process Benefits
