Constellation, a leader in integrated energy solutions, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering & Architecture team. As part of our commitment to delivering innovative energy management solutions, you will play a key role in designing and improving mechanical systems that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our energy services. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to projects that support renewable energy initiatives and advanced power systems extending across the U.S. Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems for energy production and management solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical systems and control technologies. Develop detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and installation. Conduct simulations and prototype tests to evaluate system performance under different conditions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Provide technical support during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Proficient in CAD and CAE software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and material science. Experience with energy systems, such as HVAC, boilers, turbines, and heat exchangers. Ability to perform stress analysis and thermal modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and project management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) considered a plus.
