• Family environmentJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer - Land Development to join our team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing land development projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about civil engineering and has a desire to work on challenging and innovative projects.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee land development projects from conception to completion
  • Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
  • Prepare engineering designs, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholdersQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in land development
    • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
