Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal
for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in
autism and school settings, ready to make a meaningful impact in a
K-6 elementary environment. The role focuses on providing
specialized behavioral support within an autistic support program
consisting of five classrooms, fostering a supportive and effective
learning atmosphere for students with autism. Location:Situated in
Lititz, PA, this position serves a K-12 school community with a
particular emphasis on early education grades K through 6.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized
behavior intervention plans for students diagnosed with autism.
Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to
ensure consistent application of strategies across settings.
Provide training and consultation to classroom teams to promote
inclusive and effective behavioral supports. Collect and analyze
data to assess student progress and adjust interventions
accordingly. Support compliance with educational guidelines and
best practices for autistic support programs. Qualifications: Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Demonstrated
experience working with students on the autism spectrum within a
school environment. Strong understanding of evidence-based
behavioral interventions tailored to educational settings.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to student-centered
service delivery and continuous professional development. Schedule
and Duration: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
