Job Responsibilities Customer Service Representatives • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. • Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings. • Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists. • Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling. • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners. • Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods. • Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services. • Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness. • Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs. • Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns. ?
