Job Description:
Duties Administrative Duties: Tracks controlled correspondence
for the office, utilizing correspondence tracking database system
and electronic files. Ensures that administrative work and
activities are completed timely and accurately.Maintains the office
calendars and scheduling appointments; assists in making
arrangements for meetings or conference calls, including location,
schedule, agenda, and assembling background materials or
correspondences; assists with arrangement for conferences and
travel itinerary and authorizations, procurement requests,
transactions and account record maintenance; and maintains
confidential records and correspondence and follow Agency records
management and disposition schedules. Customer Service: Provide
customer service to internal and external customers, stakeholders,
Senior Management and Program Staff; and personal contacts related
to the Agency Area Offices, clients and third party contacts
associated with the Office of Resource Access and Partnership.
Receives visitors and screens telephone calls and handles inquiries
and determines the nature and directs accordingly. Program/Staff
Support: Supports performing special projects and program
processes; and prepares reports, case files and documents. Performs
a variety of analytical duties and assesses work deadlines,
assignments and develops methods and procedures for technical and
priority workload tasks to ensure efficient and effective
administrative program management operation.

In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the
Minimum Qualifications stated below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your
resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized
experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the
Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector
performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Applied
administrative technical support functions utilizing policies,
procedures, regulations and guidelines. Arranging, establishing and
confirming strategic decisions for meetings and preparation of
technical advanced reports and technical project management action
items. Utilizing word processing software and computer system
applications to perform advanced assignments and to request,
monitor, and track various program communications and
correspondences. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive
service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit
Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of
service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do
not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You
