Job Description:

Recertification Specialist- Admin Preparation and approval of initial and annual tenant income certificationsReview of tenant files to ensure compliance with applicable government regulationsFollow up with applicants to obtain required LIHC documentationCompleting adhoc projects, as needed.

Requirements: Affordable Housing Experience is required. Tax Credit, Affordable Housing/Bond Paperwork or Section 8 Experience or Real Estate Knowledge. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skillsAbove average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
