Job Description:
We do Consulting Differently Summary BRG’s FP&A team seeks a
full?time FP&A Manager to support the Economics, Disputes &
Investigations (“EDI”) Community. The FP&A Manager will support
financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in a
fast?paced, matrixed environment, partnering with EDI leadership,
accounting, data analytics, and other departments to deliver clear
reporting and decision support. This position will report to the
FP&A Lead for EDI. The role may be remote or hybrid (part-time
in office and part-time remote). The candidate must be highly
flexible and committed to quality, accountability, teamwork, and
supporting firm and department goals in a fast?paced environment.
We are seeking a professional with strong communication,
leadership, technology, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational performance,
explain results, and identify key drivers and trends. Develop deep
expertise in financial data and serve as a subject matter expert,
delivering insights and presentations to support strategic
decision?making for the EDI FP&A Lead, VP of FP&A, and EDI
Community leadership. Build and maintain complex financial models
to forecast long?term growth and evaluate key business drivers.
Design and develop new reporting and analytics to identify trends,
performance insights, and emerging risks/opportunities across the
EDI Community. Partner with other FP&A team members and
Practice Leaders to develop KPIs, goal-setting, and business unit
reviews. Identify business challenges, assess implications, and
develop data?driven solutions. Support ERP initiatives, including
requirements gathering, implementations, enhancements, and the
creation of system documentation to ensure consistent processes and
workflows. Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Data Analytics,
and Accounting on cross?functional and special projects.
Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of professional financial
experience in operationally focused financial management, including
planning, analysis, strategy, budgeting, divisional controller
roles, or other positions providing close financial support to
P&L owners. Experience in a matrixed environment and/or
professional services business (or other project?oriented business
reliant on significant revenue?generating individuals) is a strong
plus but not required. Exposure to Antitrust & Competition,
Economics, International Arbitration, or related advisory practices
is helpful, though less critical. Demonstrated ability to build
complex financial models and analyses. Strong written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to contribute to business
decisions from an analytical, data?driven, and
accountability?focused perspective. Solid understanding of U.S.
GAAP. Experience participating in and respecting enterprise control
and governance processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and
competing deadlines effectively. Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal
