Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Team
Lead for Financial System Tools & Reporting Support to lead the
design, development, and sustainment of financial data pipelines,
analytic tools, and reporting capabilities for a Financial
Management Directorate within an Agency in the Intelligence
Community. This role drives innovation in financial analytics, data
engineering, automation, and tool modernization to support enhanced
resource planning, cost analysis, performance tracking, and
informed financial decision making across the Agency. This position
is located in Springfield, VA. Your future duties and
responsibilities: Data Engineering & Pipeline Development . Lead
the development, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines
used for financial and resource analysis. . Engineer data
transformations, ETL processes, and ingestion methods to support
structured and unstructured financial data sources. . Ensure data
flows are accurate, documented, scalable, and aligned with Agency
governance and security requirements. Analytics & Modeling .
Develop predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive financial models
to support budget formulation, execution, trend analysis,
forecasting, and resourcing recommendations. . Conduct advanced
data mining, automation, and analytics using tools such as Python,
Databricks, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms. . Deliver analytic
insights that strengthen transparency, oversight, and financial
accountability. Financial Reporting & Tool Modernization . Lead the
design and modernization of reporting tools that integrate
financial, operational, and mission data. . Develop visual,
interactive reporting products that support senior leadership
decision making. . Partner with mission, business, and system teams
to identify new reporting requirements and enhancements. Data
Quality, Architecture, & Governance Support . Develop data quality
frameworks to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness,
consistency, and reliability of financial data. . Support the
design of data models, financial datasets, and integration
standards. . Coordinate with governance teams to implement data
policy updates and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Web Application & Automation Support . Lead the development of web
based applications that support financial data entry, workflow
automation, and dashboard ready datasets. . Identify opportunities
to introduce RPA, automation tools, and workflow efficiencies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership . Partner with financial,
technical, and mission stakeholders to refine requirements,
validate outputs, and ensure solutions meet user Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: . 10 years experience
with IC or Federal Financial systems and processes . Active Top
Secret/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly .
Experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial operations
. Knowledge of cash management, financial risk, liquidity planning,
and federal financial systems . Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, Economics Desired qualifications/non-essential skills
required: . Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) .
Experience with Python, R, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or
similar data analytics platforms . Experience designing financial
data models or enterprise financial reporting tools . Familiarity
with federal financial regulations, budget processes, or
IC-specific reporting needs . Experience with automation
frameworks, web application development, or workflow optimization

reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$100,800.00 - $218,200.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
