Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory
Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Department in
maintaining and enhancing the bank’s compliance with federal and
state banking regulations. This role will focus on Home Mortgage
Disclosure Act (HMDA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Consumer
Affairs (CA), and related data analytics and reporting. The ideal
candidate will work closely with the Director of Compliance to
ensure ongoing monitoring, accurate data submission, and proactive
compliance oversight. We’re a growing, relationship-driven

Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit HMDA and CRA data in
accordance with regulatory deadlines and guidance. Conduct ongoing
monitoring and analysis of lending data to identify potential gaps
or anomalies. Assist in fair lending analytics, mapping, and trend
analysis to support CRA and Fair Lending programs. Collaborate with
business lines and management to ensure data integrity,
completeness, and regulatory accuracy. Support the Director of
Compliance in developing and implementing compliance policies, risk
assessments, and internal audit responses. Monitor updates from the
CFPB, FDIC, OCC, and Federal Reserve related to compliance and
lending regulations. Participate in internal and external
examinations, providing documentation and analysis as requested.
Utilize NContracts or related compliance management software for
data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Prepare dashboards and
summaries to communicate compliance metrics and trends to
management and the Board. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent
experience). 3–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance,
preferably in a community banking environment. Strong understanding
of HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, ECOA, and other key consumer protection
regulations. Proficiency with compliance data analysis tools,
including Excel, Access, and NContracts (or similar platforms).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience as a former bank examiner or regulator preferred but not
required. High attention to detail and the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision.
