In addition, OriGene offers a truly flexible working arrangement through 15 personal days every year, 11 holidays, two floating holidays, and hybrid capabilities (for qualifying roles).Requirements:Work with CPA firm to file federal, state, and local income tax returns, extensions, and quarterly income tax payments.Prepare various tax filings: Annual reports, franchise tax returns, property tax returns, and sales and use tax returns.Prepare tax provision schedules by reviewing, preparing, and consolidating provision schedules.Maintain compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.Prepare RD tax credit, UNICAP tax, and sales tax exposure analysis.Assist in researching international tax matters; prepare required tax memos during annual audit.Maintain the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of all balance sheet accountsProcess month-end balancing and prepare financial reportsPerform general ledger analysis of accounts to ensure accurate recordingAssist with reconciliation of fixed assets for corporate and divisions, include reconciling of capital equipment purchases, disposals, and transfers between divisions along with monthly depreciation expensePrepare manufacturing cost analysis and book cost of sales journal entries.Support internal and external (public accounting auditing firm) audit requirements to include pulling supporting documentation for audit requests, putting together analytics, as well as updating schedules for the quarterly and annual filingsPerform other duties as designated by the Controller BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or other related field from an accredited institution preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in accounting or other role involving financial analysisStrong organizational and communication skillsWorking knowledge of corporate tax lawsKeen eye for detailProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting softwareAn analytical mind with problem solving aptitudeAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisionsAbility to thrive in a high growth organizationStrong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skillsPassion for professional growth, team mentality, creativity, and a positive can-do/ yes spiritProficient in reading and writing Chinese PI537d7995369e-25660-34729482
