  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS
  • Prepare and review state and local tax returns
  • Prepare and review income tax returns
  • Review tax work prepared by other staff members
  • Assist in the preparation of tax provisions
  • Provide support during tax audits
  • Assist in the preparation of tax projections and estimates
  • Research tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
  • Prepare and review personal tax returns
  • Prepare and review business tax returns
  • Prepare and review S Corps, C Corps, and Partnerships tax returns
  • Prepare and review Trust tax returnsQualifications:
    • CPA with at least 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting
    • Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
    • Experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
    • Experience in providing tax planning and consulting services to clients
    • Knowledge of State and Local Tax laws
    • Experience in preparing and reviewing income tax returns
    • Experience in tax preparation and review for S Corps, C Corps, and Partnerships
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
