Description Assistant Controller To $145,000 plus bonus My client is a multi-award-winning general contractor with revenues in excess of $100 million. The new CFO is looking to hire an Assistant Controller responsible for the management of all corporate accounting functions and maintaining industry leading AP, payroll, AP and treasury management, general ledger, and external financial reporting. Main duties include

• Management of monthly accounting close.
• Prepare and publish monthly internal financial statements.
• Management of yearly budgeting process.
• Compile all required information for yearly audit.
• Publish monthly Overhead Analysis Report for internal review.
• Manage monthly bank reconciliations and related adjustments.
• Manage all tax compliance
• Development of Accounting Software reporting.
• Supervise all aspects of General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Fixed Assets and financial reporting
• Approve weekly A/P check-run and review of checks printed.
• Review and approval of bi-weekly payroll.
• Review and Publish Daily Cash Report.
• Weekly monitoring of A/R and assisting with problem collections.
• Management of the tracking of monthly Owner billings.
• Compile all required information for Bank and Bonding Co.
• Oversight of all banking transactions.
