Job Description:
Overview
AIR's Equity Initiative is seeking a Senior Program Officer to
provide intellectual and technical leadership for an AIR-driven and
AIR-funded agenda that will generate and use research evidence to
improve educational and economic opportunity in communities. The
ideal candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with
external partners to create opportunities for collaboration and
advance AIR's Mission, with appreciation for the challenges faced
by communities marginalized or segregated by place or race.
Candidates hired for the position might initially start working
remotely but will ultimately have the option to work remotely or
from one of AIR's office locations in the following metro areas:
DC, Chicago, Boston, Oakland, Austin (TX).

AIR requires all new hires to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
